Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function in a remote environment, the full-time Lead Marketing Copywriter will drive revenue through AI-augmented strategies, manage a team of copywriters, and collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality customer-facing content.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to maintain copy quality and consistency
- Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to enhance output efficiency
- Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and one-on-one meetings
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS industries
- Proven experience in leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
- Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various platforms
