Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function for B2B tech initiatives, the full-time Lead Marketing Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters, design AI-powered copy systems, and collaborate with various departments to drive revenue through effective copy strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure copy quality and consistency
- Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems, including custom GPTs and workflows, to scale output
- Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team through performance reviews and 1:1s
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
- Proven track record in leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
- Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various platforms
