Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function for a B2B tech initiative, the full-time Lead Marketing Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters, define copy strategy, and develop AI-powered systems to enhance output, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of customer-facing copy
  • Design and manage AI-driven copywriting systems to scale content production
  • Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS
  • Proven experience in leading AI adoption in copywriting or marketing
  • Background working with North American tech companies, either in-house or at an agency
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting, including A/B testing and VoC research
