Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, synthesizing data into actionable insights
- Maintain real-time tracking of marketing spend against budget and drive data-backed budget reallocations
- Own and refine attribution models and ROI frameworks for demo and revenue attribution
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations at a growth-stage SaaS company (Series B+ preferred)
- Experience in high-volume SMB environments with a strong understanding of CAC efficiency
- Proficient in advanced Excel/Sheets and familiar with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI); SQL is a plus
- Active use of AI tools to enhance Marketing Operations workflows
- Proven ability to align Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance using data
