Job Summary

Driving the architecture and evolution of innovative marketing platforms, the full-time Lead Marketing Technology Engineer will serve as the technical authority, leading a team to design and deliver scalable, AI-powered solutions that enhance client experiences across digital and physical touchpoints in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical lead for key Marketing Technology initiatives, providing architectural guidance and hands-on expertise
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack systems that power marketing campaigns and personalization platforms
  • Architect and implement AI-powered workflows for software development acceleration and business process automation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer or technical lead with strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and/or Java
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing microservices and cloud-based distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features into production applications
  • 3+ years of experience in a MarTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing application environment
  • 2+ years of proven experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
