Lead Master Data

Job Summary

To support a growing Master Data team, the full-time Lead Master Data will manage data entry, enforce governance guidelines, and lead cross-functional projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own ongoing data entry and enforce data governance guidelines to improve consistency
• Break down complex projects into executable tasks and track project progress while communicating updates to stakeholders
• Partner with various departments to maintain master data integrity and support data integration initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analyst or associate role in a large corporation or start-up
• Experience in a cannabis company or multi-state operator preferred, with exposure to accounting, procurement, or inventory management
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience in building tracking tools is a plus
• Experience leading complex projects requiring change management processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
