Lead Material Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Material Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team and manage complex problem-solving related to material requirements
• Coordinate supply chain tasks, optimize material flow, and maintain tracking of materials for projects
• Conduct inventory discrepancy analysis and assist with logistics coordination and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 13 years of experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality compliance standards (AS9100, ISO)
