Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of advisor-facing marketing programs, the full-time Lead Maximization Program Manager will analyze performance data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee lead distribution strategies to drive qualified demand and improve conversion outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Leads performance analysis and optimization to inform strategy and implement improvements

Required qualifications
