Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead MDM Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience with customer master data
• Experience using BPM tools, Customer MDM Solutions, CRMs, ERPs, Case Mgmt, Field Service
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship
