Lead Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer (Hardware / Mechatronics) to design and deliver electromechanical hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for electromechanical products and systems
• Prototype and iterate on hardware designs using lab equipment and rapid prototyping tools
• Provide technical leadership on hardware development projects and mentor other engineers

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering mechanical or electromechanical products
• Strong experience using 3D MCAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor)
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices
• Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and testing
