Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Chronic Care Management Lead Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the Care Partner team to ensure efficient completion of monthly programs
• Support management in identifying areas of improvement within the CCM/RPM process
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding new staff to optimize team performance

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills within an enrollment or operations team
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes and best practices
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare
• Experience in hiring, training, and team development
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
