Lead Medical Assistant
Job Summary
Serving as a primary resource for the MA team, the full-time Lead Medical Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support in a remote setting while guiding and mentoring Medical Assistants, ensuring adherence to clinical workflows and organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and mentorship to Medical Assistants
- Monitor team workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Assist leadership with quality assurance, workflow audits, and performance improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree related to the medical field
- 5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- 1-2+ years of leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in thriving within a dynamic remote work setting
