Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Account Reimbursement Specialist, Medicare (Insurance HB Denial & Follow Up) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes claims, payments, adjustments, refunds, denials, and unpaid patient and insurance balances
• Analyzes incoming financial data to identify, reconcile, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Acts as a liaison with insurance companies and administrative personnel while performing account audits and preparing complex reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate knowledge of data entry, coding systems, and revenue cycle processes
• Ability to lead and mentor peers
• Experience in analyzing financial data and resolving issues
