Lead Modular Data Center Operations

Job Summary

Leading the execution of the Large Form Factor Modular Data Center product line, the full-time remote Lead will manage product design and engineering, manufacturing operations, and business execution to deliver high-quality modular data center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Large Form Factor MDC product line, ensuring alignment with broader growth objectives
• Lead end-to-end product development, including system architecture and compliance with global standards
• Manage manufacturing operations and build scalable production processes in partnership with supply chain leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, engineering, or product execution roles, preferably in infrastructure and/or data centers
• Hands-on experience supporting hardware or systems products through growth to higher-volume production
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and cost management
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and commercial functions
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across the organization
