Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Mortgage Auditor - Automation & Customer Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary mortgage audit subject matter expert during onboarding, pilots, and go-live phases
Conduct end-to-end quality control validation across various mortgage documentation
Translate underwriting and quality control checklists into structured automation workflows

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting or Post-Closing QC
Deep knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-QM guidelines
Experience reviewing complete loan files, including income, assets, credit, and compliance documentation
Proven ability to explain complex underwriting decisions clearly and structured
Experience working in distributed or cross-functional environments
