Lead NCR Triage Specialist
Job Summary
Acting as the primary coordination point for issue management, the full-time remote Lead NCR Triage Specialist will validate, prioritize, and route reported Non-Conformances (NCRs), Concerns, and Improvement opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence in Gas Power Business Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main triage point for incoming issues, ensuring completeness and alignment with reporting requirements
- Assess and prioritize issues based on severity and business impact, routing them to the appropriate experts for resolution
- Monitor case progress and drive timely follow-up to ensure closure within defined business expectations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience in Quality Systems and Non-Conformance Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in power generation equipment installation, operation, service, or technical support
- Familiarity with PowerNow, PLM, and ERP systems
