Seeking a senior hands-on Lead .NET Azure Developer for a remote contract position, who will manage development work across .NET/C# applications, improve code quality, mentor mid-level developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development work across .NET / C# / Azure-based applications
• Review and improve code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability
• Mentor mid-level developers and raise engineering standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
• Proficient in Entity Framework / EF Core
• Strong Azure experience, including App Services and Azure DevOps
• Experience leading developers and setting engineering standards
