Key Responsibilities

Modernize the Benefits platform by updating from WCF .NET to a new tech stack including .NET, Kafka, and Azure
Design and implement Kafka solutions, including developing Kafka producers
Set up and deploy CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience, focusing on backend development
Strong experience with Kafka, including design and implementation
Experience with Azure and setting up DevOps pipelines
Passionate about development and current technology trends
Ability to work hands-on as a Senior/Technical Lead
