Lead .NET Developer

Job Summary

Leading a remote development team, the contract Lead .NET Developer will oversee the design, development, integration, testing, and debugging of applications while focusing on delivery excellence and quality for an insurance client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development team's schedule and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the End-Customer team to prioritize resource needs and achieve technical excellence
• Provide feedback for process and product improvements while ensuring knowledge transfer to enable End-Customers' self-sufficiency

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core 6+, and Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, RabbitMQ, and NServiceBus
• Familiarity with Entity Framework and Task Parallel Library
• Strong background in unit testing methodologies
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a development team
