Lead .NET Engineer / Azure Architect
Job Summary
To provide hands-on leadership for enterprise applications built in Microsoft Azure, the full-time contract-to-hire Lead .NET Engineer / Azure Architect will design and develop serverless applications, APIs, and microservices while mentoring distributed Agile teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy production applications using Azure Functions, C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
- Provide technical leadership and remain directly involved in application development and code delivery
- Mentor engineers and guide teams in adopting CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise software development experience with hands-on technical leadership
- Expert-level experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices
- Strong production experience designing and developing solutions with Azure Functions
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and Terraform
- Full-stack development experience using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML
