Job Summary

To support the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, the full-time Lead Neurodiagnostic Tech - PA Licensed will work night shifts remotely, overseeing EEG and EMG testing, managing technical staff, and ensuring quality patient care and safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the ordering of supplies and scheduling of patients to optimize operations
• Coordinate and participate in the EEG or EMG Training Program while overseeing the work of technical staff
• Ensure compliance with billing, coding, and departmental policies while maintaining equipment and patient safety standards

Required qualifications:

• Completion of an Associate's degree in physical or biological sciences preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EEG or EMG
• Registered with a Neurodiagnostic credentialing society (e.g., R.EEG.T, R.NCS.T, CNCT)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a busy lab environment
• Proficiency in computer and networking skills for troubleshooting and maintaining EEG digital networks
