Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead NG9 1 1 Engineer / Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and lead complex presales customer engagements for NG9 1 1 solutions
• Design and document end-to-end NG9 1 1 customer solutions, ensuring technical, operational, and commercial viability
• Serve as the technical lead for customer RFPs, SOWs, and competitive bids

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven customer-facing solution architecture or technical presales experience
• Strong competitive knowledge and experience within the NG9 1 1 industry
• Expertise in NG9 1 1 technologies, including NENA NGCS and ESInet
• Strong background in Cisco data networking and cybersecurity
• Ability to lead technical workshops and design meetings
