Lead Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Observability Engineer, Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate a scalable observability platform focusing on the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Build and maintain log ingestion and enrichment pipelines, including parsing and normalization standards
• Create and govern Kibana assets to support operations and engineering use cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in observability, SRE, platform, or DevOps engineering roles
• Deep expertise with Elastic Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language for automation and data parsing
• Strong knowledge of log and event data modeling, including troubleshooting ingestion issues
