Lead OFSAA Developer

Job Summary

Leading the configuration and enhancement of the OFSAA suite, the contract-to-hire Lead OFSAA Developer will work remotely or from Columbus, Ohio, focusing on financial analytics and regulatory reporting while collaborating with IT and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, develop, patch, upgrade, and customize OFSAA modules to support profitability and compliance initiatives
• Design and develop data mapping and transformations between staging, reporting, EDW, and OFSAA
• Provide technical leadership and consultative support on complex application development and system issues

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with OFSAA 8.1.0 and 8.1.2, including patching and performance tuning
• Proficiency in Erwin Data Modelling and strong ETL and PL/SQL programming skills
• Hands-on experience with SQL Developer and Toad
• Basic Unix/Linux scripting capabilities
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Data Warehouse environments and application development
