Lead Onboarding Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Onboarding Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation efforts for key accounts and new programs, ensuring successful delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, customizing approaches to their needs
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on time and to high standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience and PMI certification
• Experience in managing implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Background in payments, credit products, or financial services is preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, and Salesforce
• Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders
