Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Operations Analyst (Loan, Payment, and Operational Services System Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing production and project support for Oracle Banking Collections and related applications
• Perform business analysis, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for user-reported issues
• Assist in developing reporting and metrics to measure operational performance and support improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
