Job Summary

Serving as a pivotal leader, the full-time Lead Operations Analyst will oversee payment operations, including invoice processing and disbursements, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all stakeholders
• Lead payment professionals to maximize team productivity and efficiency
• Conduct regular audits of payment records and provide quarterly reporting for financial filings

Required qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with expense and capital allocations, and related contracts
• In-depth knowledge of payment and billing systems
• Familiarity with telecommunications industry regulations and payment best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant payment software
