Lead Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Lead Operations Engineer will apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex network issues, lead the development of innovative processes, and act as a subject matter expert in applied research and product design.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the development, evaluation, and implementation of new engineering principles and processes
• Analyzes complex local and wide area network systems, planning and configuring communication media
• Acts as a primary consultant to leadership on technical requirements and specifications for solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
• Experience with SDWAN and complex network systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• GSA Clearance eligibility
