Lead Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with product leadership, the full-time Lead Operations Program Manager will transform planning and operational processes within the Product organization, focusing on AI-enabled workflows and driving strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and ongoing continuous planning for the Product organization, influencing strategic alignment
• Design and implement leadership forums and decision-making processes to enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Drive large-scale change management programs and strategic discussions with senior leaders to ensure alignment and buy-in

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management within high-growth technology companies
• Deep experience partnering with Product and/or Design organizations, with expert-level fluency in modern product planning and delivery
• Proven track record of leading large, strategic programs and influencing senior leaders without formal authority
• Experience building scalable processes and planning systems that enhance decision-making and execution
• Familiarity with modern planning approaches and tools, such as Continuous Planning or Linear platforms
