Lead Operations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Operations Technician to monitor and maintain the Broadband network.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily workload for the NOC Team, including reviewing and assigning work and trouble tickets
• Oversee day-to-day Broadband Network Operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Provide escalation support and act as the point of contact for technical assistance and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Broadband / DSLAM network systems and configurations
• Basic understanding of Ethernet router/switch and ATM network equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS)
• Prior experience leading a technical team
• Industry certifications in Business Management or Technical Certification are a bonus
