Lead Operator Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Operator Instructor to deliver high-impact training on aviation command and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of operator curriculum and training materials
• Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions using CAC2S, CTN, TBMCS, and AFATDS
• Supervise instructional staff and ensure alignment with Marine Corps instructional standards

Required Qualifications

• Previously certified Master Instructor and MAWTS-1 C3 Weapons and Tactics Instructor
• Experience as a Senior Air Director, Crew Chief, or Joint Interface Control Officer
• Knowledge of MACCS operational employment and Sensor Netting Systems
• Experience with curriculum development for tactical data systems
• An Active Secret clearance is required
