Lead Oracle EPM Reporting Partner

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of financial reporting and planning processes within Oracle EPM, the full-time Lead Oracle EPM Reporting Partner will ensure accurate, timely outputs for senior leadership while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting processes within Oracle EPM, ensuring actionable outputs for business decision-making
• Develop standardized reporting materials for executive-level communications, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance
• Analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations to senior leadership for financial and strategic reviews

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing reporting and planning processes within the Oracle EPM System
• Proven success in leading large-scale financial reporting initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6 years of experience in a finance-related field, preferably in large, complex or healthcare organizations
