Lead Organizational Change Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead OCM Specialist to support an enterprise transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and co-author a tailored OCM strategy and plan for the KIP program
• Partner with program leadership and stakeholders to align communications, training, and readiness activities
• Support execution of change activities across multiple stakeholder groups and deployment waves

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational change management experience within enterprise transformation programs
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• Familiarity with the Microsoft stack
• Helpful background indicators may include Prosci certification and change management training
• Strong project leadership and execution capability
