Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of complex client accounts, the full-time Lead Paid Social Strategist will develop strategies, lead client relationships, and drive revenue growth and profitability in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy and lead quarterly business reviews for multi-platform accounts
- Run full-funnel campaigns across various platforms and manage tracking and attribution setups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers to enhance strategic frameworks and quality
Required qualifications
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in paid social or paid media, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record of driving revenue and ROAS growth for eCommerce brands
- Expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube platforms
- Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and eCommerce metrics
- Confidence in leading executive-level client conversations and translating data into actionable strategies
