Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout treatment and the case lifecycle
• Provide detailed case status reports and updates to attorneys and firms

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff work
• Highly organized and proactive in communication
• Ability to build trust quickly with attorneys and clients
• Understanding of the importance of client experience and case velocity
