Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor, the full-time remote Lead Partner in Compensation & Labor Relations will guide senior leaders and HR partners in shaping compensation and labor strategies, manage collective bargaining agreements, and provide analytical support for data-driven compensation decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic compensation advisor for business leaders and HR partners
- Manage and administer collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Support labor negotiations and provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or 4+ years of professional work experience
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Labor Relations
- 2+ years of experience in compensation
