Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Access Services Center Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training support for new staff in registration, scheduling, and patient financial activities
- Manage insurance eligibility and authorization processes for medical services
- Assist in revenue cycle support and compliance with safety regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree and Medical Terminology preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Patient Services or related Revenue Cycle roles required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical facility or health insurance preferred
