Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Access Services Center Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training support for new staff in registration, scheduling, and patient financial activities
  • Manage insurance eligibility and authorization processes for medical services
  • Assist in revenue cycle support and compliance with safety regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree and Medical Terminology preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Patient Services or related Revenue Cycle roles required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical facility or health insurance preferred
