Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Patient Access Schedule Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distributes and monitors the flow of work for an assigned group, handling escalated calls and issues
  • Coordinates daily activities of the Patient Access Center, including scheduling and statistical reporting
  • Facilitates communication with staff and assists in training and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • High School education plus additional specialized courses; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience in patient registration and scheduling
  • Good leadership skills with knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes
  • Familiarity with primary care medical processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
