Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training, coaching, QA review, and team engagement activities for authorization and prescription representatives
• Support representatives in their roles by offering guidance and assistance
• Ensure representatives are knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Programs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an authorization and prescription representative
• Preferred 3 years of experience as an authorization and prescription representative
• Experience in Microsoft Programs
• Training experience
• High School diploma or GED
