Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume, multi-clinician schedules to optimize clinician utilization and billable visits
  • Serve as the primary driver of member success, building connections and ensuring program adherence
  • Maintain data integrity and collaborate with clinical staff to streamline workflow and relay patient information
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in patient coordination or healthcare member engagement
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-provider schedules
  • Deep experience with clinic-based EHRs and CRM platforms
  • Experience with digital marketing campaign tools
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on patient recovery opportunities
