Job Summary
Managing invoicing projects and leading a team, the full-time Lead Patient Invoicing Coordinator will provide support to ensure service goals are met, oversee claims processing, and resolve complex invoicing issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provides ongoing support and motivation to team members to achieve daily service and production goals
- Acts as a subject matter expert in claims processing, investigating and resolving insurance claims and invoicing complaints
- Leads and trains outsourced team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and enhancing customer service quality
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years' experience with insurance billing and processing claims preferred
- Knowledge of insurance portals and familiarity with medical and insurance terms
- Proficiency in basic math and business calculations
- Basic level of MS Office proficiency
