Lead Payment Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on enhancing payment integrity and financial performance, the full-time Lead Payment Integrity Analyst will provide strategic support, manage operational initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance indicators related to payment integrity services and ensure targets are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues and implement resolution strategies
• Document controls and decisions to communicate effectively with executive teams and the Internal Audit Committee

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 9+ years, or high school equivalency with 12+ years
• Experience with payment integrity programs and health insurance claims processing
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workgroups and manage projects
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
• Proficient in data analytic tools and able to interface with executives effectively
