Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Payment Posting.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile daily bank deposits and verify amounts for posting
Lead and oversee the Payment Posting Team, ensuring efficient cash application processes
Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing support to team members

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or GED
3-5 years of Payment Posting experience in a medical setting
Experience with bank reconciliation and month-end balancing
Knowledge of Accounting, EFT/ERA setup is a plus
Experience with Mod Med/EMA practice management system is a plus
