Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the full-time remote Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes for North America and select LATAM operations, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor within Finance and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analyst for accurate and timely payroll processing across the US, Canada, and LATAM, reviewing various payroll items in Workday
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies, leading audits and supporting quarter-end and year-end processes
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining payroll processes and driving automation initiatives aligned with the NAM Payroll Roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Hands-on Workday payroll experience, including processing and configuration familiarity
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US states and Canadian provinces
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with data, reconciliations, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and drive process efficiencies without direct management authority
