Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the remote Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes for North America and select LATAM operations, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor across Finance and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across US and Canadian jurisdictions, as well as select LATAM countries
• Review and validate payroll items, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies while managing payroll audits
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficient in Workday payroll systems, including hands-on processing and configuration
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US states and Canadian provinces
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data reconciliation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies in a collaborative environment
