Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject-matter expert for North America payroll operations, the full-time remote Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to Finance and People Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across the US, Canada, and select LATAM countries
• Review and validate payroll items, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls
• Lead payroll audits and support quarter-end and year-end processes in Workday

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Workday payroll processing and configuration
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US states and Canadian provinces
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies in a collaborative environment
