Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject-matter expert for North America payroll operations, the full-time remote Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and provide trusted advisory support to Finance and People Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across the US, Canada, and select LATAM countries
• Review and validate payroll items and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining payroll processes and enhancing system integrations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, particularly with US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficiency in Workday payroll systems, including processing and configuration
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies in a collaborative environment
