Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the full-time remote Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor for North America and select LATAM payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across US, Canadian, and LATAM jurisdictions
• Manage payroll items such as base pay, bonuses, and tax deductions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in Workday
• Lead payroll audits and support quarter-end and year-end processes, including tax reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Workday payroll processing and configuration
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies without direct authority
