Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

As a key contributor in a remote environment, the full-time Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes for North America and select LATAM operations, driving automation and process improvements while serving as a trusted advisor across Finance and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across US, Canadian, and LATAM jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Lead payroll audits and support quarter-end and year-end processes, including tax reconciliations and form accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficiency in Workday payroll processing and configuration, including participation in system changes
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US states and Canadian provinces
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies in a collaborative environment
