Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

As a key contributor in a remote setting, the full-time Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes for North America and select LATAM operations, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor to Finance and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across US states, Canadian provinces, and LATAM countries
• Review and validate payroll items, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining payroll processes and driving automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Workday payroll processing and configuration
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data reconciliation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies without direct management authority
